Returns & Refunds Policy
To ensure your return is processed, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached.
- Items must not have been washed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and will be issued a credit note.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns of underwear and socks will not be accepted.
How do I return?
We do not offer free return postage.
Customers are responsible for their own return postage costs. We recommend sending parcels tracked and signed for. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the original postage cost.
Please print our returns form from the footer of our website, fill it out, and send it back with your item(s).
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will incur a £20 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Discount Codes & Resellers – the following applies:
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Discount codes are valid on full-price items only.
- To take advantage of an offer, the relevant promotion code must be entered at checkout.
- No cash or alternative will be given.
- All items purchased with a discount or promotion code are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only.
- Resellers returning goods because they haven’t sold them will not be refunded; however, a credit note will be provided.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process returns as soon as possible, but it may take up to 7 working days.
Items purchased in a store must be returned to the store they were purchased from. Items purchased online must be returned online following the procedure above.
